This policy describes how Slimboek — a product operated by NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd — handles waitlist information. It will be reviewed by legal before general release.
What we collect
Through the waitlist form, we collect your name, email address, whether you are a business owner or accounting practice, your practice or business name (optional), and, if you're a practice, the number of clients you manage on Sage.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the Slimboek pilot programme and to size and shape the pilot cohort. That's the only purpose.
Where it's stored
Waitlist entries are stored in our secure backend and delivered by email to our team via Resend. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.
Deletion & access
To access, update, or delete your details, email hello@slimboek.co.za and we'll action it promptly. You may also request the contact details of our information officer.
Responsible party
For the purposes of POPIA, the responsible party is NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd, the company operating the Slimboek product. Legal correspondence may be addressed to NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd.

Slimboek processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA): we collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose stated, keep it secure, and honour your right to access, correction, and deletion.
