These terms apply to the Slimboek pre-launch website and pilot waitlist. They will be reviewed and updated before general release.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Slimboek website and any pilot programme you may apply to join. The website is operated by NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd, the company behind the Slimboek product. "Slimboek", "we", "us" and "our" refer to NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd in these terms.
2. Pre-launch and pilot status
Slimboek is currently in pre-launch development. The waitlist collects expressions of interest only and does not create a contract, subscription, or obligation to provide access. Pilot invitations are discretionary and subject to availability.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to scrape the site.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Slimboek name, logo, and copy, is owned by NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use these materials without our prior written consent.
5. Third-party brands
Sage, Sage Accounting, ChatGPT, and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners. Slimboek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Sage Group plc, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
6. Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided on an "as is" basis during pre-launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NENIT Investments (Pty) Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Pilot access will be subject to separate terms and a service agreement.
7. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By joining the waitlist, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

We may update these terms as the product and pilot programme evolve. The latest version will always be available on this page with the effective date at the top.
